Pitchfork

Já há mais de um ano que um amigo meu, o Bruno, me mostrou um site fabuloso de crítica musical: o Pitchfork. Entre muitas coisas, o Pitchfork produz anualmente uma lista dos melhores álbuns do ano anterior que me tem ajudado a descobrir artistas como os Arcade Fire, Fiery Furnaces, Devendra Banhart, A.C. Newman e Iron & Wine.

As listas começaram em 1999 com um top 10 que foi rapidamente expandido para top 20 nos dois anos seguintes e expandido para um top 50 nos três últimos anos. Infelizmente a partir de 2002 o Pitchfork optou por um formato de apresentação que não me agrada muito, em que a lista é revelada começando pelo fundo da lista subindo dez a dez álbuns até ao primeiro lugar.
